Happy Feet

My feet have been in need of some TLC for awhile now. I polish and massage them often, but they needed much more.

I found a recipe on Pinterest for a home spa pedicure.

The ingredients are as follows:

  1. 1/4 c Listerine Mouth Wash
  2. 1/4 c White Vinegar
  3. 1 c Warm Water

I added green food coloring, because I was feeling fancy. 😉

So I sat for about 15 minutes and used the Ped Egg to remove the dead skin afterward. I will spare the visual. Just know that it was a lot. Lol.

Post Soak, comes moisturizing. I love to use this African Shea Butter than my mom’s coworker makes. Shea Butter can also be found at most hair stores. It’s a great moisturizer for body and hair.

After moisturizing and massaging my feet, I clipped my nails and cleaned the cuticles.

Lastly, the fun part!

A smooth rub down + Midnight Cami by Essie and I have the best & most rewarding pedicure of my life because I did it myself!

To God be the Glory!
